Nazneen Khetani holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in Montessori education and brings over a decade of hands-on experience within Montessori learning environments. Her professional journey reflects a deep understanding of child development, prepared environments, and the importance of fostering independence from an early age.
Over the past 10 years, Nazneen has worked closely with children, educators, and families within Montessori settings, thoughtfully guiding classrooms and supporting children through their most formative years. Her leadership is grounded in respect for the child, purposeful observation, and a strong partnership with families.
As both an educator and a parent, Nazneen understands the trust families place in a school when choosing it for their child. She is dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and inspiring community where children feel secure, valued, and empowered to learn at their own pace. Under her direction, Outlook Montessori emphasizes individualized learning, meaningful relationships, and strong partnerships with families.
Nazneen works closely with her teaching team to ensure that each classroom reflects authentic Montessori principles while meeting the unique developmental needs of toddlers and preschoolers. Her hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence form the foundation of Outlook Montessori’s culture and daily practice.
“My goal is to create a warm, intentional space where children are respected, independence is encouraged, and learning unfolds naturally.”

Our Vision
At Outlook Montessori, we believe each child is born with an innate love of learning and a boundless capacity for growth.
Guided by Montessori Principles
Our vision is to create a nurturing, peaceful environment where children learn through hands-on exploration, develop independence, and grow into confident, compassionate individuals.
Every child is supported to reach their full potential — intellectually, emotionally, and socially — at their own pace.
Our Logo
The golden unit bead is a symbol of how each child’s learning begins with a single step — one complete whole, small yet infinite in possibility.
It reminds us that every child is whole and capable, adding meaning and light to the world. Just as one bead can build every number, each child contributes their own unique outlook, energy, and joy to the community. It reminds us to follow the child and nurture each step of their individual learning journey.
